Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a key identifying distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
